VIDEOPOSTCHOG — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains which data VIDEOPOSTCHOG (operated by Maison Mercier, Belgium) accesses when an account holder authorizes it with TikTok, and how that data is handled. Effective date: 9 October 2026.

1. Data the App accesses

• Basic profile information (display name, avatar, TikTok user identifier) — to show which account is connected.
• Authorization tokens delivered by TikTok — to call TikTok’s official APIs on behalf of the authorized account.
• The authorized account’s own videos and their metadata (when listed or uploaded through the App) — to prepare and publish content.

2. Where the data is stored

Tokens and working data are stored locally, on the Operator’s own computer. The App does not run a public server collecting visitor data, and this data is not uploaded to any third-party hosting service.

3. What is not done

• No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties.
• No advertising profiling is performed.
• The App does not access data of accounts that have not authorized it.

4. Retention and deletion

Authorization tokens are kept until access is revoked. Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. On request, all locally stored data related to an account is deleted.
