VIDEOPOSTCHOG — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of VIDEOPOSTCHOG (the “App”), software operated by Maison Mercier (the “Operator”). Effective date: 9 October 2026.

1. Purpose

The App allows the Operator to publish the Operator’s own original video content to TikTok accounts that the account holder has explicitly authorized through TikTok’s official authorization screen. The App is a private tool: it is not offered as a service to third parties.

2. Authorized accounts only

The App only acts on TikTok accounts that have granted it access. The account holder can revoke this access at any time in TikTok (“Manage app permissions”), after which the App can no longer access the account.

3. Acceptable use

• Only original content owned by, or licensed to, the Operator is published through the App.
• The App is not used to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• No automated engagement (likes, follows, comments, messages) is performed by the App.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Publishing depends on TikTok’s platform and APIs, which may change or be temporarily unavailable; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above will be revised accordingly.
